What We Offer
Dufferin Child and Family Services is located in Dufferin County, which consists of three towns: Mono, Orangeville and Shelburne and five rural townships. The population of Dufferin County is 50,130 (2000) and over half of the county’s population lives in the town of Orangeville.
Dufferin Child and Family Services new office building is located in the town of Orangeville, which is located in the heart of the Hills of Headwaters. Orangeville is one of the most unique and scenic regions in Ontario. We are less than an hour from Toronto and only moments away from the unspoiled beauty of the Niagara Escarpment.
Dufferin Child and Family Services employs IT staff, Finance Administration, Administrative Support Staff, as well as Direct Service Employees which would include Child Protection Workers, Child and Family Therapists, and Developmental Support Services Workers. Within these broad categories are a wide variety of specialized programs and positions.
We offer competitive salaries, a small supportive work environment and we operate on a condensed four day work week.
