The Developmental Support Services program provides a variety of services to infants, children and adults including the:
- Infant and Child Development Program from birth to 5 years who have a developmental disability or are at risk of a developmental delay
- Service Coordination Program for children and adults of all ages with a diagnosis of developmental disability and/or autism spectrum disorder
- Complex Special Needs Support Program for individuals up to and includingage 17 with complex developmental needs and challenges requiring an intensive level of service
- Medically Fragile Technologically Dependant bi-weekly Saturday Respite Program up to an including the age of 17
- Respiteservices.com, a mechanism designed to make access to respite services easier for families and to connect caregivers and families seeking respite
- Special Services at Home program, transfer payment agency
In addition to these services the staff of Developmental Support Services also offer a variety of community outreach, group work and educational forums such as:
- Sibshops for siblings of special needs brothers and sisters ages 5-13
- Adult Social Group activities for adults with a developmental disability
- Baby Basics
- Cruisers and Crawlers
- Feelings After Birth workshop-Post Partum Support Group
- Challenging Temperament Workshop Series
